Upstairs, you’ll find two flexible bedrooms, each of which can be arranged as either twin or super‑king, with a modern shower room between them featuring a towel rail and illuminated mirror for added comfort.

On entering The Barn, a practical utility room awaits, complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. The ground floor opens into a generous open‑plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Here you’ll enjoy a 40″ Smart HD TV, free internet, and a sofa bed for additional guests. The well‑equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge‑freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and a hot‑water tap for instant teas and coffees.

A large dining table sits beside an expansive picture window, making mealtimes even more enjoyable. Patio doors lead from the living area to a substantial private decking space, furnished with four barrel chairs, a table, and a large picnic bench—ideal for taking in the views or dining outdoors.
